1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Easy Washing (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Antonino Francesco Musolino (“I”, “me”, or “the developer”).
Apple’s standard end-user license agreement may also apply to your use of the App. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.
2. License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on devices permitted by the App Store rules.
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App except where law permits;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with the App’s security, operation, or purchase controls; or
- use the App unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
3. Your wardrobe content
You are responsible for garment names, photos, and other content you add. You retain your rights in that content. You must have the right to use any photo or information you place in the App.
Wardrobe content is stored locally. You are responsible for device security and any backups you wish to maintain. Uninstalling the App or losing access to a device may result in loss of local content.
4. In-app purchases
Easy Washing may offer optional purchases that unlock Pro features or support development. The product, benefit, type, price, currency, and any applicable tax are shown by the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
Apple processes payments and manages purchase records. Billing, refunds, purchase authorization, and family-sharing availability are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law. Where a product is restorable, use the App’s restore function while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, the developer cannot directly issue App Store refunds. You can request a refund through Apple’s purchase-support process.
5. Informational content
Care-symbol explanations and other information are provided for general convenience. Always follow the garment manufacturer’s label and instructions. The App does not guarantee that a particular washing or care method is suitable for every material or item.
6. Availability and changes
The App may require a compatible device, operating-system version, internet connection, and access to Apple or third-party services. Some functions may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, regional restrictions, or changes outside the developer’s control.
Features may be corrected, updated, added, or removed. The App may be discontinued where permitted by law. Updates may be required to continue using the App safely or correctly.
7. Privacy
The Easy Washing Privacy Policy explains how local wardrobe information, analytics, and purchase information are handled.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, software, original graphics, text, trademarks, and other developer-provided material are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited, including for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Otherwise, liability is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Your license may be terminated if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability terms—will continue to apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Any mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the App or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its updated date.
